Once you transfer the event to another account, your storage frees up and the event count reduces too. To complete the transfer, the receiving account has to pay an annual subscription charge which would be based on the storage of the event as follows: - No facial recognition, only storage for media: Rs 20/GB - Storage with facial recognition: Rs 100/GB The annual subscription charge would have to be paid at the time of transfer of event through credit card.

  • What happens if I exceed my storage limit on Samaro?
    If you exceed your storage limit on SAMARO.AI, you may no longer be able to upload new photos until you free up space or upgrade to a plan with a higher storage limit. Your ability to access and manage existing photos may also be restricted until you address the storage limit issue.
  • How does the download on/off feature work in Samaro?
    This feature is for Public Galleries. The download on/off feature in SAMARO.AI allows you to control whether guests can download photos from your events or albums. When this feature is turned off, guests will not see the download option for photos. You can toggle this feature on or off in the event or album settings.
  • How do I select and upload photos from my computer?
    To select and upload photos from your computer to SAMARO.AI, follow these steps: Log in to your SAMARO.AI account. Go to the event or album where you want to upload the photos. Click on the "Upload Media" button . Select the sub-event where you want to upload the media. Browse your computer for the photos you want to upload, select them, and click "Open" to start the upload process. Once the upload is complete, the photos will be available in your event or album.
  • If I delete photos, will it free up my storage space?
    Yes, deleting photos will free up storage space on SAMARO.AI. Once you delete photos it will be stored in "Trash" and if you delete from there too then they are permanently removed from your account and will no longer count towards your storage limit.
  • Is there a limit to the number of photos I can download at once?
    You can download all media from an event on Samaro in a zip file format. However, it is recommended to download the files in parts for better results.
  • Can I set different download permissions for different events?
    No, you can't set different download permissions for different events on SAMARO.AI.
  • How long are my photos stored on Samaro? Is there a storage limit?
    The storage duration and limits for photos in an event vary depending on the specific account type and subscription plan. Storage Duration: Media is stored for the duration of the subscription, plus an additional 30 days after the subscription ends.
